Noma – Copenhaen, Denmark

It is located in an old warehouse and relies on ingredients available in the region. This restaurant is the ‘new Nordic’ cuisine birthplace and offers a lavish and scrumptious meal which cannot be found anywhere else.

Celler de Can Roca – Girona, Spain
